The basis of this approach focuses on eating real, nutrient dense foods to improve health and wellness. Ideally, we would all eat Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed, Local food-- but even when we cannot reach the ideal, there are so many things we can do to achieve our goals. The S.O.U.L. approach emphasizes the strength and resilience of the human body, and recognizes the capacity in all of us to find balance and optimal health. To do this, we must align our current behaviors with desired results. By providing information about health and wellness in a clear, understanding and welcoming way, I will show you that you too have the infinite potential to lead the life you want. I believe in real food, real ingredients, and real results.
